Tracking Overview


1. Go to My Orders Screen

2. Choose the Order to be tracked

3. Open the Order Comparison page to check if there were any changes in the order


Note:

Delivery date is set at 2 days lead time.

Use the given XO reference number to track a specific order.

There are four types of Order Status:

Submitted

Accepted

Invoiced

Cancelled
